POST-CONSTRUCTION

Once a big construction or renovation project is complete, there’s always a mess left over. Besides the basic clean-up involved of removing large debris and returning tools and equipment, a critical part of post-construction cleaning is removing all the dust that was produced. These particles will embed themselves in all corners of the new space and will make it appear dull and dingy, as well as negatively affect indoor air quality. Post-construction cleaning is an essential step to ensure your new space will be move-in ready!

 

Here's an example what to expect when selecting our post-construction clean. All jobs will be tailored by project & requested scope of work:

 

Bedrooms, Dining Room, Living Areas

• Walls cleaned of dust & dirt

• Ceilings dusted and cobwebs removed as needed.

• Trim, baseboards, window casing, handrails, mantels and other woodwork to be dusted and cleaned.

• Wipe all door frames and doors

• Interior masonry brick, rock, marble, etc. vacuumed and cleaned as needed.

• Any carpet vacuumed. 

• Tile, wood, marble cleaned appropriately. 

• Window glass, tracks and frames cleaned.

• Light fixtures/ceiling fans, bulbs, electrical switches and outlets cleaned.

• Floor vents cleaned.

• Closet shelving, drawers, tracks and rods vacuumed and dusted.

• Interior of closet door, base, and casings dusted 

 

Bathrooms

• Clean vanity lights and/or light fixtures

• Clean, disinfect and polish shower walls, shower pans, tubs, sinks, faucets and all counter tops

• Clean, disinfect & polish inside/outside toilet bowl, base and exterior

• Clean cabinet doors (inside and outside) and handles

• Clean inside shelving, cabinets and drawers

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Vacuum and mop floors 

 

Kitchen

• Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside, outside and top.

• All shelving vacuumed, dusted and cleaned of smudges.

• Doors cleaned front and back, tops and sides.

• Glass cleaned.

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned.

• Sink and faucets cleaned of excess caulking, adhesives and other debris.

• Appliances cleaned in and out.

• Floors under appliances dusted.

 

Laundry Room

• Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside, outside and top.

• All shelving vacuumed, dusted and cleaned of smudges.

• Doors cleaned front and back, tops and sides.

• Glass cleaned.

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned.

• Sink and faucets cleaned of excess caulking, adhesives and other debris.

• Appliances cleaned in and out.

• Floors under appliances dusted.

Our post-construction cleaning fee is $55 per man hour plus a $15 travel fee (minimum charge is $120 plus the travel fee). All cleaning supplies and equipment is included. Our estimate will greatly depend on the size of your property to be cleaned and the current condition.
