BASIC CLEANING

Our basic cleaning is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your business or home. These tasks typically do not take that long to complete; however, they are essential to help keep your business or home free from dust, dirt and other debris.

Here is what to expect when selecting our basic cleaning service:

All Rooms

• Feather dust all surface areas that are easily accessible

• Clean glass and mirrors (excludes windows)

• Sliding glass doors cleaned (inside only)

• Feather dust baseboards

• Trash removed

• Floors vacuumed and mopped (if applicable)

Bathrooms

• Clean, disinfect and polish shower walls, shower pans, tubs, sinks, faucets and all counter tops

• Clean, disinfect and polish inside and outside toilet bowl, base and exterior of tank

• Clean and disinfect cabinet doors (outside only) and handles

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Trash removed

• Vacuum and mop floors (if applicable)

Kitchen

• Clean, disinfect and polish sinks and faucets

• Clean and disinfect cabinet doors (outside only) and handles

• Clean, disinfect and polish refrigerator (outside only)

• Clean, disinfect and polish inside & outside of microwave 

• Clean, disinfect and polish range hood, stovetop and range front (outside only)

• Trash removed

• Vacuum and mop floors (if applicable)

We can also tailor cleanings to exactly what you want cleaned!

Our basic cleaning fee is $40 per man hour plus a $15 travel fee (minimum charge is $120 plus the travel fee). All cleaning supplies and equipment are included. Our estimate will greatly depend on the size of your property to be cleaned and the current condition.
