Here is what to expect when selecting our move-in and move-out cleaning:

 

All Rooms

• Cobweb removal

• Overhead dusting with extension pole (duct work, walls, vents, corner creases)

• Ceiling fans and light fixtures cleaned (feather dusting with extension pole if not accessible with step stool)

• Dust window shades and blinds

• Clean window frames and windowsills from top to bottom

• Clean and disinfect outlet covers, light switches and vent surfaces

• Clean and disinfect doors, door frames and door handles

• Hand clean baseboards

• Sliding glass doors cleaned (inside and outside), including tracks

• Trash removed

• Floors vacuumed and mopped (if applicable)

Bathrooms

• Clean vanity lights and/or fixtures

• Clean, disinfect and polish shower walls, shower pans, tubs, sinks, faucets and all counter tops

• Clean, disinfect and polish inside and outside toilet bowl, base and exterior of tank

• Clean and disinfect cabinet doors (inside and outside) and handles

• Clean and disinfect inside cabinets and drawers

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles

• Hand clean baseboards

• Trash removed

• Vacuum and mop floors (if applicable)

Kitchen

• Clean, disinfect and polish sinks and faucets

• Clean and disinfect cabinet doors (inside and outside) and handles

• Clean and disinfect inside cabinets and drawers

• Clean, disinfect and polish refrigerator (inside and outside) plus refrigerator moved out and cleaned behind (if applicable)

• Clean, disinfect and polish microwave (inside and outside)

• Clean, disinfect and polish range hood, stovetop, inside stove, range front and broiler/drawer plus range moved out and cleaned behind (if applicable)

• Clean and disinfect control knobs

• Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles

• Hand clean baseboards

• Trash removed

• Vacuum and mop floors (if applicable)

Laundry Room

• Clean and disinfect washer and dryer (inside and outside) – top to bottom, front to back (if accessible). Clean under each unit if able to move.

• Ensure lint trap is free of lint, debris and dust

• Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles

• Hand clean baseboards

• Trash removed

• Vacuum and mop floors (if applicable)

Our move-in and move-out cleaning fee is $45 per man hour plus a $15 travel fee (minimum charge is $120 plus the travel fee). All cleaning supplies and equipment is included. Our estimate will greatly depend on the size of your property to be cleaned and the current condition.
